Unseen photos of Louis Tomlinson’s long-awaited tracksuit merch have leaked. The pictures first began appearing in the afternoon on social media site Tumblr, a platform used by many Louis fans.
The pictures were traced back to a new blog “lmadstuff” that quickly deleted the posts after they began to circulate among fans.
As long speculated, Louis’ first merch collection seems to consist of a matching pullover hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants. Both pieces are emblazoned with his trademark x-eyed smiley face.
Branding of the merch is sleek and cool, with matte black hangtags that are reminiscent of Adidas or Nike. The garments are loose-fitting, oversized, and made of a traditional sweatsuit material. The style and cut of the clothes are close to Louis’ own personal style.
Karma Creative is the graphic design agency that appears to have collaborated with Louis on the merchandise.
The London-based business describes itself as a “creative agency” and performs multiple artistic and branding services. Their past clients include fellow British artists Olly Murs, S Club 7, and Union J.
No word yet as to when the tracksuit pieces will be available for purchase, but it’s rumored that Louis’ trademark smiley does not become official until October. Other fans are speculating the leaked photos are only a sample of what the merchandise could look like. Metadata from the pictures reveals they were taken and posted back in March, so it remains a mystery as to why they leaked now, and by whom.
Either way, Louis fans are buzzing with excitement over the new pictures. Merchandise has been long-awaited, and it’s sure to sell out quickly when it does go on sale. Keep an eye on LTHQOfficial.com for more merch news!
