We previously wrote about a song called “All Along” being registered with Louis Tomlinson as a writer to GEMA, which is the German version of ASCAP. The song has now been registered to ASCAP.
ASCAP is the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, an American not-for-profit performance-rights organization (PRO) that “protects its members' musical copyrights by monitoring public performances of their music, whether via a broadcast or live performance, and compensating them accordingly.”
One of the other writers had previously said the song was not mixed or finished.
Louis has another song called “Take It Back” that was previously registered to ASCAP as well. Fans are waiting to see if either of these songs will make it to Louis’ debut album.
Louis’ album should be out later this year or early 2019.
